By accessing or using JSAQuick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
JSAQuick is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses AI to generate draft Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documents for workplace safety planning. The Service is intended for use by qualified safety professionals and organisations.

JSAQuick generates draft documents to assist qualified safety professionals. The output of the Service:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JSAQuick shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, regulatory fine, or loss of any kind arising from reliance on documents generated by the Service.
In no event shall JSAQuick's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to JSAQuick in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis at the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
The JSAQuick platform, its branding, and underlying technology are owned by JSAQuick. You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service (e.g. job task descriptions). You grant JSAQuick a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating your requested documents.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to JSAQuick, other users, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
